Shipping Policy

1. Shipping destinations

We ship from Denmark to Denmark and all European Union member states.
At this time, we do not ship outside the EU.

2. Shipping method

All artworks are shipped via GLS with full tracking and insurance.
Delivery requires a signature on receipt or ID verification at the pickup point.

3. Shipping costs

Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the European Union.
Shipping costs are built into the product price and will not appear as a separate charge at checkout.

4. Processing and production time

  • Ready-made artworks: dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom commissions: made to order. Production time is confirmed individually after the design phase and typically ranges from 5 days to 3 weeks.

5. Estimated transit times (GLS average)

  • Denmark: 1–2 business days

  • Neighbouring EU countries (e.g. DE, SE, NL, BE, AT): 2–5 business days

  • Distant EU countries (e.g. ES, IT, GR, PT): 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays or carrier workload.

6. Insurance and responsibility

All shipments include tracking and insurance.
In the rare case of loss or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thetuftista@gmail.com We will handle the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Returns

Returns are handled according to our Return Policy.
Please note that the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or made-to-order items.
