The story & craft process

Handmade in Copenhagen from sustainable Danish wool, Yelda fuses traditional felting mastery with contemporary sculptural design. Its form is built using a precise resist-felting technique, combining several wet-felting processes to achieve a silhouette that appears to defy gravity. The neutral body is hand-shaped in natural wool tones, accented with a striking grey horsehair tail that brings movement and character. Every curve is crafted entirely by hand in more than six hours of meticulous work, resulting in a piece that embodies both material strength and artistic presence.

Styling & fit

Designed as a stand-alone statement object for a console, pedestal, or side table. Pairs seamlessly with minimalist, Japandi, and Scandinavian interiors where texture and silhouette take center stage.
